The long-standing managing director and majority shareholder wishes to hand over the business due to age. 100% of the shares are offered for sale.

Active throughout Switzerland, the company mainly serves commercial clients and resellers. Successfully established on the market for over 60 years, it enjoys strong brand recognition and an excellent reputation. The product range includes exclusive branded products as well as a well-known proprietary brand. In addition to its trading activities, customised customer solutions are produced in the company’s own final assembly unit, and a wide range of services is offered, including repairs, restorations and spare parts.

The company benefits from a broad and diversified customer base with no concentration risks. A higher-than-average share of revenue is generated from existing customers.

Turnover is stable and ranges between CHF 5 and 10 million per year. A cash flow in line with industry standards is achieved.

The owner is willing to support the buyer during an appropriate transition and handover period. He is also prepared, if required, to assist with an individual financing solution (e.g. seller loan). If a full acquisition of the shares is not feasible for financial reasons, there is also the option to join the company as a managing partner, provided that proven equity of at least CHF 500,000 is available.
